it’s all fun and games….

until someone gets their eye poked out by a balloon sword that ronald mcdonald made for you at mcD’s in århus.

ok. maybe that’s not how the phrase goes. but it’s what i’m watching right now actually. yea.. i’m still in danmark. and i’m sitting in mcdonalds in Århus checking my email and uploading pictures and whatnot… and in walks ronald. i’ve never seen a ronald in a mcdonalds. ever. and i never realized that ronald spoke danish *grin* ahhh.. how funny is this. some kids laughing… other kids crying. thanks for making my day ronald. and hey.. how do you get your hair that red my friend?

anyways… things are good. i’ve been having a blast here in the “big” DK. the time is just flying by. i’m gonna have to come back again to finish all the things that i couldn’t fit in my schedule this time around. but i’m sure it will happen. not sure when though. but as for now.. i’m gonna stop typing.. and get some food. have a most blessed easter if i don’t have a chance to post before then!

wow.. happy march… already

yea.. i’m a slacker. i know. < insert "good" excuse here for not updating my webpage >. see? i have a perfectly good reason.

anyways. life has been going well. busy. but well. and since i’m tired and want to go to bed now… i will record this entry in a bulleted list.

  • so.. i still love my job
  • all of them
  • after a while of avoding the internet
  • i got some work done tonight.
  • i got a new ipod
  • i got a new phone
  • i got a new computer
  • i got a kink in my neck from sleeping weird last night
  • i got some new software (ilife 05 and iwork 05… both of which ROCK my FACE off!)
  • last night half of oak creek was without power for like 15-20 minutes
  • we were one of “those people”
  • i learned that my APC battery backup power strip does indeed work
  • and it works better than i expected
  • i’m now in a jazz quartet called metafour
  • don’t worry.. i’ll post when we’ll be playing…
  • we already have gigs coming up in april
  • i’ve also had the chance of playing more gigs with tammy
  • including a full day retreat
  • with 9th graders
  • lots of 9th graders
  • i loved it!
  • i learned i’m addicted to “tracking” my shipments
  • i like jelly beans
  • i like my ipod
  • a lot
  • i always enjoy running into people i know at work
  • and i’ve seen lots of people i know lately
  • i have also been blessed with meeting many new people
  • God has encouraged me through many of them
  • God rocks
  • a lot!
  • even more than all the sliced bread in the world
  • and definitely much more than my new computer
  • even though i like my new computer a lot
  • God’s cooler -)
  • i’m tired now
  • even more tired than i was before
  • and my neck still hurts
  • i need to update my webpage more often
  • but it may not happen this week.
  • i’ll try though.
